Tropical settings hold great allure for me as for many others, and I have traveled to the tropics many times -- in Africa, Mexico, Belize, Southeast Asia, and Hawaii.  The lush color, oversized plants, and brilliant fish and birds of the tropics all attract me as an artist, and the pure physical pleasure of swimming in the warm waters with those fabulous tropical fish cannot be equalled.  Over the years, bold and colorful images based on tropical experiences have made their way into my art in painting, collage, photography, and other media...
