Her artistic inspiration comes from masters of sensuality like Gauguin, Klimt, Matisse, Degas, and Van Gogh, as well as from traditional arts from around the world and contemporary decorative arts. </b></p>

<p><b>Whether attracted by color, form, movement, or expression, Hudson uses media that are swift and sensual, and works quickly to capture the portrait. This spontaneous portrayal may complete the portrait, or she may work the portrait into a complex visual composition, often playful, energized with collage and decorative patterns. </b></p>
